How long does a migration take?
Most cPanel-to-cPanel moves finish the same day. Larger sites, many email accounts, or non-cPanel hosts can take longer — we tell you up front once we have seen the account.
Will my site go down during the move?
No. We copy while your old site keeps running, you preview the copy, and only then does your domain switch over. The switch itself is a DNS change, not an outage.
What do you need from me?
Your old hosting control panel login (cPanel ideally), and your domain registrar login if the domain is staying elsewhere. Everything goes through a private support ticket.
Is it really free?
